Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our team starts working on your piece.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a couple of days.
If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email.
We do manufacture most orders once they are placed. We care about the quality of each product; therefore, it takes us around 3-5 business days to process, during which time we cut, sand, test, and package your order.

We only offer Standard Shipping within the United States of America mainland*. Please view the list of shipping states below. Shipping charges vary by product, but for most of our products, we offer FREE Shipping. If not stated "Free Shipping" at the product page, then the price will be $14.99 that will be calculated, added, and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping usually is 3-5 Business Days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available after shipment and will be provided by the carrier. We work with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
